1 800 4 FLOODS & Total Cleaning & Restoration is a family owned & operated business by Union County residents Ken & Kelly Harrison of Weddington NC. Ken & Kelly have two children, Chandler Harrison is twelve and attends Weddington Middle School. Chase Harrison is twenty one and graduated Weddington High School. Ken & Kelly are very active in their Church and attend Central Church of God. Ken is also very active in his community and is the Retired Deputy Chief of Providence Volunteer Fire Department that serves Weddington NC and is currently President of the Board of Directors for Providence Volunteer Fire Department. Ken is also very active with his youngest son’s baseball program at the WCWAA in Weddington NC and is a team sponsor for the WCWAA every year.  

Ken Harrison has 32 years of experience in the professional cleaning and restoration industry. With 25 of those years right here in the Charlotte area and is well known as a leader in his field. An Estimating Staff to come to your home or place of business and estimate all your needs weather it is cleaning, Water, Mold, Smoke or Fire Damage. And a Service Crew Staff to handle 24 hours emergency services, cleaning, restoration or remediation services. Before we hire an employee, the employee must undergo a background check and past a drug test. This is required by ALL of our employees.  

All of the employees at 1 800 4 FLOODS & Total Cleaning & Restoration undergo training throughout the year and receive the training from the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification®). In South Carolina, we service the following Cities Counties: Rock Hill and York Co., Lancaster and Lancaster Co. We will also travel outside of our service area for larger jobs.
